Fossil FS5251SET Machine Chronograph Watch Review
When it comes to stylish watches, fossil watches can’t be neglected. The fossil is a well-known American company that was founded in 1984 by Tom Kartsotis. The company manufactures lifestyle accessories but it is famed for its watches.
The company has released a variety of fashionable watches that are very popular among watch enthusiasts. It is currently based in Richardson, Texas.
Today I’m going to review one of the fashionable watches, the Fossil FS5251SET. I will discuss all of its features, its size, and almost every aspect that you need to know before purchasing it. At last, I will also share with you some of its flaws that I believe should be addressed.

Contents
Fossil FS5251SET Case

The pull-push crown is at 3 o’clock. When you pull it, you get two positions: one for setting the date and the other for changing the time. The two chronograph pushers are visible on the crown’s up and down sides.

The bezel is fixed and has a nice etching. The solid screw-down case back is imprinted with some information regarding the watch.
Fossil FS5251SET Dial
The brown dial has skin-tone indices and three subdials. The subdials are at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock. The subdial at 3 o’clock displays the 24-hour time while the other two are used for chronograph functions. The chronograph can measure up to 30 minutes. To start the chronograph, press the upper pusher. It can be reset by pressing the lower pusher.
You see the skin tone stick hour and minute markers around the outer edge of the dial. The date window appears between the 4 and 5 o’clock positions.
The dial’s face is protected with mineral crystal.
Fossil FS5251SET Strap
The watch comes with a brown leather strap. It has contrast stitching and stainless steel buckle closure. The width of the strap is 22 millimeters, and the length is approximately 9.5 inches. The overall quality of the strap is acceptable; I mean, It is neither cheap nor equivalent to a high-end watch strap.

Some Other Features:
- The watch uses a Japanese Quartz Movement.
- It has water resistance up to 50 meters (165ft). It means it can only withstand a brief immersion in water. It should not be worn while swimming.
Some Imperfections:
- The hands and markings of the watch don’t have lume. It means you can’t see the time in the dark.
- The mineral crystal on the watch has lower scratch resistance.
Final Words
Finally, I finished my review of the Fossil FS5251SET watch. I attempted to cover every aspect. In my opinion, it is the best fashion watch at this price. Although it has some drawbacks, they are minor because, as we all know, nothing is perfect. I hope it helps you make an informed decision.
